NUTRITIONAL COACHING SESSIONS

As a holistic nutritionist, I work with clients all over the globe, as well as locally in Seattle. Together we will come up with a plan to support and address your short and long term goals. I will support you with accountability and possible changes along the way.  I believe we are all individuals, and there are a wide variety of different diets that work uniquely for each person. I will create a customized plan uniquely for you, to support your needs. Packages are the best way to create long-term improvements to achieve your desired results.

Nutritional Consult $200

This single session includes 1, 1 hour call via phone and nutritional support with recommendations, but no individual plan is included.

One Month $650

This one month (5 sessions) package includes 1, 1 hour session and 4, 20 minute sessions via phone. With this package I will create a customized individual plan to support you with recipes, grocery lists, and email support. 

Three months $1200

This three month package(10 sessions) includes 1, 1 hour session and 9, 20 minute sessions via phone. With this package I will create a customized plan to support you with recipes, grocery lists, and email support.

Six months $2300

This six month package(20 sessions) is the best way to create long-term improvements. This package includes 1, 1 hour session and 19, 20 minute sessions via phone. With this package I will create a customized plan to support you with recipes, grocery lists, and email support.
